The favorites this year are Dylan Groenewegen (Unibet) and Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin). As outsiders, we will find Tim Merlier (Soudal) and Jordi Meeus (Red Bull) in particular.<\/p>\n<p>The peloton will cross the Westerscheldetunnel (Western Scheldt Tunnel), which extends for 6.6 km, and will head towards Kruinigen and Essen. There, runners will discover the Schoten circuit, over 17.2 kilometers. 1,700 meters of very flat cobblestones will have to be negotiated.
