PSG focuses on the prospects of a defender and offensive element

In its Sunday edition, L’Équipe explains that Luis Campos, the sporting director of PSG, is active behind the scenes while the club plays its European games, to prepare for the summer transfer window. Lewandowski not so sure about going to Saudi Arabia

Christensen rejects extension offer… but wants to stay

Defender Andreas Christensen, whose contract with Barça ends this summer, refused a first extension offer from FC Barcelona, deeming it insufficient. The club having revised his salary downwards in view of his recent physical form and his serious knee injury from which he is still recovering. Despite this, he wants to stay at the club. Discussions continue because Hansi Flick appreciates his profile, assures Sports World. Barça is delaying in order to assess its sporting and physical situation before improving its proposal.

Our opinion : Maintaining a profile with a lower salary is interesting for Barça, but Christensen risks having better offers.

A return to Manchester is not on the menu for Cole Palmer. While the Sun claimed last weekend that he was starting to be disappointed with his experience in London, and that Manchester United were among the contenders to recruit him this summer, the midfielder denied the rumor this Friday: “Manchester is obviously my hometown. Óscar Mingueza is set to leave Celta Vigo this summer, with his contract set to expire and the club’s extension offer remaining unanswered. Detourbet a stone’s throw from Manchester City

Manchester City and ESTAC Troyes, both belonging to the City Football Group, have reached an agreement worth 15 million euros for Mathys Detourbet (18 years old) according to transfer window specialist Sacha Tavolieri.
