Positioned on the weekend of the Champions League semi-final first leg, the match between Nantes and OL Lyonnes has been postponed to April 29. Or between the two matches against Arsenal.

Clearly, the return from the international break is causing difficulties in the OL Lyonnes calendar. With the aim of preparing as best as possible for the semi-final first leg of the Champions League ArsenalJonathan Giraldez had asked his management to advance the match against Dijon from April 22 to April 21. This wish expressed to the FFF did not find a favorable outcome and the 20th day will be played on the date initially planned at the GOLTC. The other point concerned the match between Nantes and the Fenottes. The League had managed to schedule a Premier League day on the same weekend as the semi-final in London.

A duplicate quickly pointed out by the Lyon club and which would logically lead to a postponement. Wendie’s teammates Renard will therefore travel to Loire-Atlantique on Wednesday April 29, three days before the return against Arsenal at Parc OL (May 2 at 3 p.m.). An almost obligatory schedule since the last day of the championship will be played on May 6 against Montpellier.

Without much suspense, we can bet that Jonatan Giraldez will not field its typical team for this trip. And this could create some turmoil within the Premier League. Depending on the group sent to Nantes, the Canaries could well benefit, they who play the three qualifying places for the play-offs behind OL Lyonnes. THE PSG and the Paris FC could thus feel cheated…
