Bayern Munich will play without their coach on April 28 against PSG in the semi-final first leg of the Champions League.
Bad news for Bayern Munich before the semi-finals of the Champions League. Victorious over Real Madrid this Wednesday in the quarter-final return, Bayern will travel to the Parc des Princes on April 28 without his trainer Vincent Kompany on the bench.
On Madrid’s 2-3 goal signed Kylian MbappΓ©, the Belgian technician railed against the arbitration for an alleged fault on Josip Stanisic before the goal. His actions earned him a yellow card. A sanction which is costly for the former Manchester City defender.
Booked on November 26 against Arsenal then on January 28 in Eindhoven, Vincent Kompany will therefore be deprived of the bench during his team’s next match. βI always try to stay calm on the sidelines but it’s normal to talk to your players when they are on the ground. I was surprised to get a yellow card for that,β he commented at a press conference.
