According to RMC Sport, discussions with PSG leaders have been relaunched on bases deemed solid, with a very high probability of seeing the club remain in its historic stadium. According to the mayor, “there is a 99.9% chance that PSG will stay at the Parc des Princes”.
Paris City Hall now clearly accepts the option of transferring the grounds to the club, while strictly regulating this prospect. The objective is to guarantee the sporting use of the site in the long term, which directly influences its valuation.

The amount of the transaction remains undetermined, theoretically oscillating between a high maximum land value and a discount linked to sports exploitation constraints. However, the City intends to defend its financial interests in order to support its public projects.
