- Finally, Arsenal recovered after the first-leg draw against Bayer Leverkusen (1-1). The Gunners won 2-0 at home. They will meet Sporting in the quarter-finals. The Portuguese defeated Bodö/Glimt despite a big defeat in the first leg (3-0, 5-0). The first leg will be played on Tuesday 7 and the return on Wednesday 15.
