AC Milan is already working towards the next summer transfer window. According to information from journalist Marco Varini, the Rossoneri are closely monitoring the situation of Riccardo Calafiori, considered a serious option to strengthen their defensive sector. The 23-year-old, currently at Arsenal, would himself be in favor of a return to Italy, which could facilitate discussions in the event of an opening from the London club.

Still according to the same source, a scenario including Christian Pulisic (27 years old) could emerge. Arsenal would appreciate the profile of the American international, opening the door to a possible exchange between the two clubs. An operation which would allow Milan to reduce the cost of Calafiori’s transfer, estimated at around 50 million euros.
It now remains to be seen whether the Gunners will agree to negotiate in this direction. The matter is only in its early stages, but the crossed interests between the two clubs could quickly accelerate discussions in the weeks to come.
