According to Sky SportsManchester United are reportedly interested in Arsenal defender Miles Lewis-Skelly. Les Red Devils view him as the ideal long-term replacement for Luke Shaw.
The current English number three currently has two real left-backs: Shaw and Tyrell Malacia. The latter will definitely leave Manchester this summer.
The club therefore wishes to recruit a new competitor for Shaw. His choice fell on Lewis-Skelly, who found himself on the sidelines at Arsenal.
The defender, only nineteen years old, has been through the Gunners training and has even already made his debut for the England national team.
In 2025, Arsenal rewarded him with a long-term contract until mid-2030, but he is struggling this season. Mikel Arteta often prefers Riccardo Calafiori.
Lewis-Skelly played his final match for the north London club on 15 February. He then played the full 90 minutes in the FA Cup match against Wigan Athletic (4-0 victory).
