On which TV channel and at what time to watch the race?

From April 6 to 11, the Tour of the Basque Country takes place between Bilbao and Bergara. Considered one of the most difficult races of this spring, the Itzulia Basque Country 2026 promises a great battle given the profile and the proposed route. The climbers will obviously be the most visible. A time trial is on the program starting this Monday.

The favorites of the Tour of the Basque Country 2026

Isaac Del Toro (UAE Team Emirates – XRG), who just won Tirreno-Adriatico in March, will aim for another victory in a WorldTour race. He will have to be wary of Juan Ayuso, winner in 2024, Primoz Roglic, Mattias Skjelmose, Antonio Tiberi, Mikel Landa and, of course, our French prodigy Paul Seixas (19 years old). The latter won the Tour d’Algarve and the Faun-Ardèche Classic. We also don’t forget Kévin Vauquelin (INEOS Grenadiers), always at his advantage on this type of race profile.
